    Montmains 一級園位處於法國 Serein 溪流的左岸，面向南邊跟東南邊的山坡上，含有豐富的小石塊，石灰質與黏土，葡萄藤的年齡平均約 50歲。

    Domaines Guy Robin et Fils 羅賓夏布利在是布根地典型的中型家族酒莊，葡萄園分布在夏布利特級園中的五個地塊 (Blanchot、Bouros、Les Clos、Valmur、Vaudesir)和三塊優質一級園 (Montmains、Montee de Tonnerre、Vaillons)。生產的酒主要銷往歐洲各地，僅有極少的數量能出口到亞洲地區。

    Domaines Guy Robin et Fils 羅賓夏布利酒莊為了突顯清新果香和礦物感而採用不鏽鋼槽發酵的作法，使用大型舊橡木桶進行發酵與熟成來增添酒的層次感，發酵過程僅使用當地的環境酵母，發酵完成後繼續存放在老橡木桶中，10個月的熟化後才進行裝瓶。，清爽的海味礦物感、柑橘香和與橡木桶帶來的淡雅乳化香氣，超過50年的老藤葡萄更增添一分如蜂蜜般的圓潤感。

    金黃的酒色充滿了朝氣的強烈香氣，可以感受到椰子跟泥灰石混合的氣味，而這也是Butteaux 這個地區很具有特色的地質。也有木質香氣出現，並且跟其他的氣味結合得很好。

    跟其他一般的夏伯利相比較，這款酒入口的持久性與力道是很強大的。
