    The intense flavors of ripe raspberries and peaches are combined with a zest of candied lemon that ends in a juicy and pleasant acidity resulting in a lip-smacking finish. Anthèse is very well-balanced and approachable, its bubbles are fine and light.

  • Tendil & Lombardi Blanc de Noirs Vintage 2008

    The nose offers aromas of grilled apples, pears and nuts, accompanied by anise and dried roses, adding complexity. Dry and persistent to the palate, this champagne offers refreshing notes of wild berries and a hint of sanguine orange. Fiercely racy, this “white from dark grapes” with fine bubbles and a light golden color brings us to a very beautiful and pleasant finish.

    The nose offers fragrances of fresh melon, pear, and mandarin combined with a hint of mint. The ensemble is punctuated by a subtle mineral note adding delicateness. A juicy and very fruity palate with strong lemon and melon flavors is complemented by rich poached pears and hints of fig. The finish of this cuvée Blanc de Blancs is mineral.
