    深紅寶石酒澤下透出櫻桃、李子、葡萄乾的香氣,再浮上一縷胡椒香料。入飲後圓柔的質地,帶出成熟果實的香甜,與綿密的單寧一起化在口中,整體濃郁綿長。
    適合搭配梅干控肉、熟成乳酪、臘肉。

    (BH91-93 points) Mild reduction blocks a clear examination of the nose. There is good volume and plenty of dry extract that imparts a wonderfully seductive texture to the silky mid-palate of the focused and moderately powerful medium-bodied flavors that display excellent complexity on the well-balanced and splendidly persistent finish. This is really lovely stuff and a classic Boudots.

  • Dugat Py Gevrey Chambertin V.V 2011

    Bright, saturated ruby-red. Perfumed, detailed aromas of blackberry, blueberry, licorice and violet. Creamy black fruit and crushed stone flavors are energized and lifted by underlying minerality and an inner-mouth floral character. This very concentrated wine carries impressively on the very long, detailed, chocolatey finish.

     

  • Dugat Py Gevrey Chambertin Petite Chapelle 1er V.V 2011

    The 2011 Gevrey-Chambertin Petite Chapelle impresses for its feminine, gracious personality. Here the fruit is a bit more red-tone, whole floral notes are quite prominent, even though Dugat used fewer whole clusters here (35-40%) than he did in many of his other wines. Silky tannins support the persistent, nuanced finish. This is Gevrey with a Chambolle accent.

    餐酒搭配:適合在晚餐後作為餐後酒或睡前小酌,搭配烤鵪鶉與澆淋烤牛骨醬汁的牛排,或是義大利帕瑪森、Pecorino羊奶起司與戈爾貢佐拉藍黴起司拼盤。

    深寶石紅酒色,複雜的香氣中可嗅出烤水果以及水果果醬的香甜氣息,辛香料氛圍裡帶有丁香、肉桂以及咖啡豆的穩重香氣,酸度適中,單寧滑順,酒體飽滿,口感上紮實緊緻,尾韻悠長且果香、辛香氣息綿延不散。

    餐酒搭配:搭配各式紅肉、野味、鵪鶉等濃郁口味的料理,如乳酪的parmesan以及pecorino等都是很好的搭配。

    2011年是阿爾薩斯非常好的年份,優良的氣候的條件,讓Gewurztraminer多汁香甜卻仍能保持非常棒的酸度。精緻優雅,平衡,餘韻悠遠,陳年潛力20年以上。
    餐酒搭配:鵝肝或鴨肝,口感濃郁香甜的甜點以及較重的乳酪,甚至是香辣的亞洲料理,都是很好的搭配,若想細細品嚐他的風味,也可單獨品飲。

    2011 年是個較溫暖的年份,葡萄採收自 Ribeauville 最棒的兩塊頂級葡萄園,葡萄健康且成熟。釀酒方式承襲 Pierre Trimbach 的經典風格,是教科書等級的干型麗絲玲,具有十足的陳年實力。手工採摘,並且盡可能的晚摘,讓葡萄在樹上達到最佳的熟度,以創造出酒款風味的複雜度與深度。葡萄經由氣壓式的壓榨後,酒液透過重力自流至酒槽中,酒液自然沉澱過濾,並在溫控的不鏽鋼槽中發酵 3-4 週,酒精發酵後產出完全無殘糖的干型酒液。
    餐酒搭配:強而有力的香氣,飽滿且緊緻的礦石風味,適合搭配魚、家禽、小牛肉、龍蝦。 在阿爾薩斯傳統上會搭配鵝肉或豬肉。
