The 2018 Barolo Castellero is laced with dark cherry, plum, spice, menthol, licorice and dried flowers. Powerful and ample, with striking depth, the Castellero is another impressive wine in this range from Brezza. There’s plenty of richness and mid-palate weight to go along with the wine’s brooding personality. Give the tannins a few years to soften.

風土條件
葡萄栽種於1959年，採用位於Santenay村Les Prarons-Dessus的葡萄園，佔地約0.71公頃，葡萄樹齡高達60年。
釀造過程
手工採收葡萄並選用二次篩選後的葡萄，葡萄破皮後置於釀造槽中約兩週的時間。之後置入橡木桶熟成一年，新桶比例約25%，再轉置於不鏽鋼桶中3-6個月後裝瓶。
