Bin 389是葛蘭許創始人的另一佳作。在葛蘭許用過的橡木桶中熟化,因此被稱為“小葛蘭許”。首創於 1960 年,為Penfolds建立了葡萄酒的市場地位,集合了卡本內的清晰結構及希哈的豐厚口感。Bin 389成功地體現了Penfolds在平衡風味的精湛釀酒技術。
稠密的洋紅色,細緻果酸味,還有淡淡橡木特色,散發出更加濃郁的蛋塔、焦糖布丁味。此外還散發李子、無花果和榲桲果香,芬香撲鼻。濃厚的果香籠罩,迷人充滿誘惑。濃郁黏稠,豐富多汁,令人垂涎的果酸結合格外柔和的單寧。細微到難以查覺的橡木特色,一款美妙平衡的佳釀。
極深的紫紅色,帶有烏梅香氣,酒體渾厚紮實,口感飽滿。桑葚,黑櫻桃,黑李子等水果風味非常豐富,覺得喝起來像義大利酒,2017年特別於低溫中發酵有效的降低酸度,而台灣的氣候葡萄是一年兩收,分為6~7月的夏果與11~12月的冬果,夏果因為夏季雨量較多所以品質較不穩定,為了讓深耕園的酒質保持高水平,只採用品質與糖度較高冬果來釀造,搭配德國豬腳,番茄肉醬義大利麵,都能相得益彰!

2013年氣候舒爽,適當的陽光讓Merlot多汁充滿果香,深寶石紅的酒色,有著豐富且複雜的香氣,黑醋栗、小顆黑色水果、帶苦的櫻桃並伴隨著討喜的咖啡以及香草氣息,入口滑順,單寧表現優雅,並充裕著黑色水果的可口風味,尾韻悠長,值得細細品味。
餐酒搭配:慢煮佳餚如以同款紅酒做醬汁的燉鍋類料理,蘑菇燉肉或是菲力牛排。另外也可搭配中度熟成的乳酪享用。

The new denomination “Sant’Antimo” is allowed exclusively to the wines vinified from grapes grown in the area of Montalcino, further enriching its already prestigious wine reality.
This wine is dedicated to the innovative spirit and vision of Count Alberto Marone Cinzano when he planted Cabernet Sauvignon in the early 1980’s on the hills of Montalcino. This wine is the pure expression of the best known grape variety in the world married with the climate of our very unique “terroir”. In the glass you will find all the intensity of the dry and hot Mediterranean summer and if you close your eyes, you might even be able to hear the crickets singing in the background.

葡萄使用手工採摘,以天然酵母的酵母發酵酒液,並在水泥槽中陳年6~7個月。使用水泥發酵槽與不銹鋼發酵槽發酵,平易近人的新鮮水果風味,野莓、花香的氣息,誘人的香料味清新多汁且可口。
