Henri Boillot
Boillot 家族早在1885年在Volnay村創立，Henri是第五代傳人，Henri Boillot在1975年酒開始參與家族事業，與父親Jean及弟弟Jean-Marc一同釀酒，然後在1996離開創立自己的酒商Maison Henri Boillot，最後在2005回巢承繼家族酒莊，將其他兄妹名下的股權買下改名為Domaine Henri Boillot，Boillot家族可以說是布根地醸白酒的世家: 弟弟Jean Marc Boillot以及大名頂頂白酒大師的外公Etienne Sauzet。
酒莊葡萄園面積約15公頃，白葡萄品種Chardonnay主要種植於Puligny-Montrachet村內的Clos de la Mouchère，面積約3.92公頃；種植紅葡萄品種Pinot Noir的葡萄園主要分佈在Savigny、Beaune和Volnay三個村莊。在葡萄園的管理上堅持發展綠色農業，拒絕使用化學藥劑。其白酒更被讚譽為Burgundy的超級明星。Henri Boillot葡萄酒純淨醇厚，強勁濃郁，受到廣大消費者的喜愛，
如今Henri Boillot的兒子Guillaume於2008年加入酒莊的經營，擴建酒窖和其他建物，並在Puligny-Montrachet購買葡萄園，包括Batard-Montrachet特級園。2012年，Guillaume接管家業，負責釀造紅酒。同時也獲得很多知名酒評家的肯定，酒評權威Robert Parker曾讚許Henri Boillot的白酒是Burgundy非常出色的白酒；Stephen Tanzer以及Burgundy葡萄酒權威Allen Meadows也給予Henri Boillot酒莊的葡萄酒很高的評價。
