The nose offers aromas of grilled apples, pears and nuts, accompanied by anise and dried roses, adding complexity. Dry and persistent to the palate, this champagne offers refreshing notes of wild berries and a hint of sanguine orange. Fiercely racy, this “white from dark grapes” with fine bubbles and a light golden color brings us to a very beautiful and pleasant finish.

葡萄選自Aube區的百年老園，堅持人工採收，挑選成熟無瑕的果實，依循傳統方式釀製，Tendil & Lombardi 完全反映出 Côte des Bars 地區香檳的特色 – 風格鮮明、優雅而均衡、香氣豐富多變。主力酒款使用單一品種 (Pinot Noir 或是 Chardonnay) 來釀造，忠實呈現香檳區單一葡萄品種的特色。其 Rosé de Saignée 粉紅香檳採用傳統法，以 100% Pinot Noir 榨汁後短暫泡皮取得顏色及微量的單寧，不用一般流行加入紅酒的調色法。
企業家Laurent Tendil 與 Stephane Lombardi從小就玩在一起，兩位出身於Lyon的好友成立了屬於他們的品牌【Champagne Tendil & Lombardi】。
Tendil & Lombardi 在 2011 年正式上市，年產量僅約200,000瓶，旗下香檳在 2011 與 2012年獲得 Wine Spectator 及其他專業評比90分以上的高分， WS 給予 Hyménée 達92分的評價。 Lombardi 造型優雅精緻，頗受時尚精品人仕喜愛。
頂級款 Hyménée 為系列中採用混釀的酒款。Hyménée 古希臘文義為 <無瑕的婚姻>象徵 50% Pinot Noir 及 50% Chardonnay 的完美結合。
