  • Domaine Cecile Tremblay Chapelle Chambertin 2018

    配售 請電洽

A cool, fresh and markedly floral-scented nose offers up ripe aromas of purple fruit, especially plum, along with background hints of warm earth and anise. Once again there is a lovely sense of verve to the well-delineated and mineral-inflected and rather linear finish that is muscular and powerful. This is very tightly wound and will need extended keeping to flesh out but the development potential is superb.

  • Domaine Cecile Tremblay Echézeaux “du Dessus” 2018

    配售 請電洽

This domaine was founded in 2003 by Cécile. Biodynamic methods are used to work out the harmonic relationship between soil, plants and the environment. The grape harvest is 100% manual work and the aging takes place between 15 and 18 months in different wooden barrels. True feminine masterpieces are created, which impress with their elegance and delicacy. The Echezeaux Grand Cru “Du Dessus” is one of the greats of the Côte de Nuits and comes from vines that are over 50 years old.

  • Domaine Cecile Tremblay Chambolle-Musigny “Les Feusselottes” 2018

    配售 請電洽

Tremblay’s Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Feusselottes is also showing very well from bottle, bursting from the glass with a lovely bouquet of red berries, plums and cherries mingled with notions of blood orange, peonies, raw cocoa and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and expressive, with an invitingly open core, melting tannins and a long, delicately oak-inflected finish.

  • Domaine Cecile Tremblay Vosne-Romanée “Vieilles Vignes” 2018

    配售 請電洽

From the lieu-dit Les Jacquines, a vineyard of about 50 years produces a wine of extreme finesse, elegance and harmony, with sapid mineral and finely spicy notes, but at the same time with an important structure that requires a little patience in the best years.

  • Domaine Cecile Tremblay Morey-Saint-Denis “Très Girard” 2018

    配售 請電洽

From the vineyard that surrounds the current cellar, this village comes from the tones of small dark fruits, broad, spicy and wild.

  • Domaine Cecile Tremblay Bourgogne “Côte d’Or” 2018

    配售 請電洽

Suave ripe sweet and juicy berry fruit infused with woody spices. Plenty of allure and seduction without being heavy, lifted by a little freshness on the finish. A cuvée that used to be called Croix Blanche, this now carries the designation, new as of 2017, Côte d’Or. A Bourgogne of superb pedigree that comes from vines aged between 30-70 years old planted in the Chambolle and Vosne communes.
